Return & Exchange Policy

At Lydia Simone Swim, we take pride in providing high-quality swimwear. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items purchased.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and hygienic liners must remain attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, or removed hygiene liners will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with size exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lydia Simone Swim is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lydiasimone.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
